Engineer call-out Service: we deliver a Quick Fix to resolve your immediate Network problemOur Technical Support Engineers are available on call throughout the London area. We can normally send a technical support engineer to you within 3 hours anywhere in London. Providing an engineer call-out service means a qualified service engineer will be provided within three hours of your booking. In situations where a customer requires an urgent fix to problem, we will assess the problem first, making sure we understand what the problem is and will quickly assign a qualified support technician to the job. Typical issues can include: Network printing not working; Internet is down, Exchange Server has stopped working or has crashed bringing down the entire company email system; backup system does not work; some workstations have lost network connectivity and so on. No matter what the problem is, Network Doctor Technicians will be able to visit you in your premises fully equipped with all the necessary tools. They will work through to make sure your are up and running again. Our technical support engineers are available at standard rates during office hours and can be paid for in advance by credit or debit card if you do not already have an account or a maintenance contract with us. Call-out charges are significantly reduced for account holders and if you have a IT maintenance contract with us, you will be exempt from any payment. Onsite computer Service within 3 HOURS IN LONDONWe provide onsite computer service for non-contract or ad-hoc customers. You can simply call us o make a booking for the same day or next day depending on how urgent the issue is. We will not let your business come to a halt just because of a computer problem. Our pro-active attitude towards resolving problems and network troubleshooting skills will guarantee that we are successful in our mission to put you back on track. We are so confident in our capability to resolve any problem, that we have a no-fix, no fee policy. This means that ad-hoc customers, who book an engineer call-out, do not pay a penny if the visiting technician is unable to resolve the problem.
